Train at home with privacy, comfort and convenience.

£35 per one hour session
(minimum 10 sessions)

There are two ways to invest for home training

One off investment
10 sessions totalling £350
(all 10 sessions to be completed within 90 days)

OR

Standing order
4 sessions per month for £140 per month
(Minimum 3 months)

Gym Training

I use a semi-private gym in Nottingham.

£40 per one hour session
(minimum 10 sessions - includes £5 for gym hire)

10 sessions totalling £400
(all 10 sessions to be completed within 90 days)

OR

Standing order
4 sessions per month for £160 per month
(Minimum 3 months)

Small Group Training
(Min 2 people)

Share the cost and the sweat with your friends or family and still get the advantages of personal training without the disadvantage of classes.  Please contact me for details.
