Why do I need a personal trainer?
A personal trainer offers continued guidance and support, you'll achieve goals quickly and with less hassle. Personal training allows you to take control of your health and well-being. With a knowledgeable trainer and tailored programme, you can be sure of success.
What qualifications do you hold?
- I have been awarded the RKC title. I have been a personal trainer for over 9 years. I have experience of training people of all ages and abilities from novice to fitness professional.
- I am committed to personal excellence: I have been trained by leaders in the fitness industry. I am continuously adding to my knowledge and skills. I undertake new qualifications every 1 or 2 years so you receive the best possible service.
Why pick me?
- Many trainers come and go but I’m dedicated to this vocation.
- Nothing makes me happier than helping people achieve their goals in life.
- I work to help you improve the quality of your life and am on a constant quest for self-improvement.
Who can train with you?
Anyone. Whatever your age or ability, I can tailor a programme to get you results.
I'm to busy to exercise, when can I fit it in?
I come to you at home, work, the gym or the park, wherever is most convenient. Because I'm not tied to a gym, you save time and money.
What kind of training do you do?
I specialise in kettlebells but am fully experienced and qualified in the following areas:
- Boxing
- Kickboxing
- weight training
- c/v and fitness training
How can I train at home, don't I need a big expensive gym to achieve results?
Training in a gym isn't really that efficient, few people achieve the results they want. Gyms make money from members not results; couple this with inexperienced staff and you can expect problems.
If you're not happy, I'm not happy. A good personal trainer can train you anywhere to get the outcomes you deserve. By concentrating on training rather than setting, I can save you time and money and deliver a more focused and effective session.
I've been let down by personal trainer before, why are you different?
- No two trainers are the same
- I care
- I have a great track record
- Sloppy trainers don't last for 9 years!
Isn't it expensive?
- Can you put a price on your health?
- Personal training costs much less than being trained at a gym.
- For the price of one kettlebell you can have a workout as effective as if you used 6 or 7 gym machines and in far less time!
