Can I really achieve the body of my dreams by training at home?

Yes you can. You don't need tons of room to work out or multi-million pounds equipment. Many people are surprised to hear this. You will also save time and money. Allowing more free time in your life.

I'm to busy to exercise.

That's the benefit of training at home. I come to you when it best suits you. No more worrying about fitting it in. Giving you more time to spend doing whatever you like doing.

Don't I need to be fit to start training with you?

This is a popular misconception. No you don't. It doesn't matter what your fitness levels or ability is. Anyone can benefit from training with me.

What should I expect in the training sessions?

Some of the things you can expect from the training sessions are: A FMS assessment, goal setting, finding what your barriers are towards exercise and food, tracking your progress. Constantly checking that your on track to achieve your goals, feedback, both on you and on my performance. Food receipts, making sure you don't get bored. Just a few to mention.

You seem to do things that I don't really see done in gyms or by other trainers?

I have done this job for a long time. So I know what is effective and what are just plain time wasting. I pride myself on getting my clients the results they want and staying ahead of other personal trainers.

Do I get support and help along the way?

Yes you do. Making a change in life, even one which is positive can be difficult. I will give you the support that you may need such as email/text messaging. I'm here to help.

Can I train with a friend/ partner?

Yes you can. As long as you both have similar fitness goals and fitness level. Not as personal as one to one training. However it can be fun when you're not the only one going through the work out. As well as some healthy competition.

Do you do one off sessions or online programming?

No for both. One off sessions and online programming are about as effective as learning to drive in one session with a blind fold on, getting directions from a Sat-Nav. It as an easy way out for you not taking accountability for yourself
